1. Who we are

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on mypatoune.com. The seller is Bastien Tournon, entrepreneur individuel (sole trader) trading as PATOUNE, 233 boulevard Périer, 13008 Marseille, France — RCS Marseille 848 374 237, VAT FR57848374237. Email: contact@mypatoune.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale. The version that applies to your order is the one online on the day you place it.

2. Who can order

Our products are sold to consumers aged 18 or over, for delivery to a street address in the United States. We do not accept orders for resale.

3. Products

The essential features of each product (contents, dimensions, materials) are described on its product page. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual: small differences in color or finish may occur. The digital guides included with some offers are delivered by email and are for your personal use only; they may not be shared or resold.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page. Shipping costs are shown before you pay at checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout. Import duties or carrier fees that may be charged on delivery are not included in the price; see our Shipping Policy.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If an obvious pricing error appears on an order, we will contact you before shipping, and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Ordering

Your order is placed when you click the payment button at checkout. We then send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when that confirmation is sent. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a delivery address outside our shipping area, or a product that has become unavailable; in that case you are refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, times, costs and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you designate.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships by emailing us your order number. After delivery, you have 30 days to return your order for a refund (return shipping at your expense), under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.

9. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will ship you a replacement at no extra cost to you, without asking you to send the item back. This is in addition to any warranty you have under applicable law, including implied warranties where they apply.

10. Using the product

The PATOUNE kit is a grooming accessory for cleaning a dog's paws with water. It is not a veterinary product and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your dog has a wound, a limp or persistent redness, consult a veterinarian. Do not leave the product within reach of a dog unattended.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a product that matches its description. We are not liable for damage caused by a use of the product that does not follow its intended use, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your order and our relationship with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country or state where you live, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under that law.
